Abstract
Imatinib mesylate is prepared through addition, cyclization, reduction and acylation, with 2-methyl-5-nitroaniline as the starting material. The processes are improved. The total yield is 41. 9% and the purity of the final product reaches 99. 75% (by HPLC).关键词
