超级电容器电极材料纳米Fe3O4的制备及其性能研究
Preparation and characterization of Fe3O4 nanoparticles used as electrode materials for supercapacitor
摘要
Abstract
The Fe3O4 nanoparticals were prepared by chemical co-precipitation method. The effect of process factors such as the ratio of Fe3+ and Fe2+ . The pH value, and the temperature of crystallization on Fe3O4 nanoparticals were investigated, and then the optimum preparation conditions were determined. The prepared Fe3O4 nanoparticals, used as electrode materials for supercapacitor, were also detected through electrohemical performance tests. The results show that the products are well-crystallized Fe3O4 nanoparticles under optimum conditions. As electrod material, the operating voltage of Fe3O4 is 0. 4 V. Its specific capacitance is 24. 3 F/g at current density of 1 mA/cm2.关键词
