Production process of FBG based on phase mask technology
摘要
Abstract
As a novel smart sensor, fiber Bragg grating (FBG) attracts more and more attention. Phase mask method can reduce the difficulty of the production of FBG greatly, and the excellent stability of FBG makes industrial production possible. To achieve industrial production, its production process is particularly important. To create grating, phase mask method is used in conventional single-mode fiber G. 652. Trough the experiment, manufacturing process parameter is determined, which provides a reference for industrial production of grating.关键词
