超声法提取萹蓄总黄酮的正交试验研究
Orthogonal test in extraction of total flavonoids from polygonum aviculare by ultrasonic method
摘要
Abstract
The study was to determine the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in polygonum aviculare with ultrasonic wave through orthogonal test. The effects of ethanol concentration, material-liquid ratio, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic time on extraction rate of total flavonoids were investigated. The results show that the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids are material-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 25, ultrasonic temperature of 45 ℃ , ultrasonic time of 25 min with 90% ethanol as the extraction solvent. Under these conditions the flavonoids extracted from polygonum aviculare could reach 12. 012 mg/g.关键词
