不同浓度的NAA、6-BA对凤头姜试管苗生长的影响
Effects of Different Concentrations of NAA and 6-BA on Virus-free Test Tube Plantlets of Zingier Officinale Roscoe cv. Fengtoujiang
摘要
Abstract
Fengtoujiang is a high quality ginger（Zingier Officinale Roscoe） cultivar only planted in Hubei,and is a National Product of Geographical Indication originated in Laifeng County,Enshi,Hubei.In this report,the virus-free test tube plantlets of Fengtoujiang were proppgated on MS media supplemented with different concentrations of NAA and 6-BA,and the root number,proliferation rate,rhizome growth and plant height were investigated.The main results are as follows： 6-BA 2.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.2 mg/L are most effective for rooting;6-BA 4.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.2 mg/L is best to proliferation;6-BA 2 mg/L alone is most suitable for rhizome growth,and 6-BA 2 mg/L＋NAA 0.5 mg/L are favorable to the plant height.关键词
