Direct Electrochemistry and Electrocatalysis of Myoglobin Based on the CTAB-SWCNTs Composite Membrane
摘要
Abstract
The myoglobin(Mb) was immobilized on glassy carbon electrode by cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)-single-walled carbon nanotubes composite film,and the direct electron transfer of the immobilized Mb at the CTAB-SWCNTS composite film was investigated.The CTAB-SWCNTs-Mb solution was prepared with the dispersion of SWCNTS in CTAB,and then dissolution of the Mb.Then this solution was dropped onto the glassy carbon electrode and obtained a CTAB-SWCNTs/Mb/GCE.The film electrode was characterized by the cyclic voltammetry(CV).The Mb showed a pair of well-reversible redox peaks in the phosphate buffer solution whose pH=7.0 and can electrocatalyze the reduction of nitrite.关键词
