我国慈善立法中政府与慈善组织关系的重构
Reconstruction of Charity Legislation in the Relationship between the Government and Charitable Organizations
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the rapid development of China＇s charity calls for charity legislation in order to promote its sustainable development.However,China＇s current charitable organizations are far from their NGO essence,the government management takes the place of the administration of charitable organizations.Legislation experience of other countries should be learned to abolish the ＂dual management system＂ and make scientific classification of charitable organizations,in order to reconstruct their relationship with the government.It is the key to solving other problems.关键词
