摘要
Abstract
The perpetrating act of bribery crime of influence consists of two parts： the use of influence,and soliciting or accepting trustees of the property.Although ＂seeking illegitimate interests for others＂ is requisite to constitute the crime,it is not part of the implementation of perpetrating act of bribery crime of influence.If the act of the use of influence and the act of soliciting or accepting trustees of the property across the Amendment VII to the Criminal Law,the Amendment VII to the Criminal Law shall also be applied.关键词
