Activities of Organizational Identity in the Process of Mergers
摘要
Abstract
Recently,Mergers and Acquisitions(MA) of enterprises is becoming more well-known to people.However,abundant of incompatibilities occur frequently during enterprises' MA activities.Some of the MA activities are the main reason leading to failures.This article examines the changes that happened in employees' self-organizational identification from the procedures of before-MA,in-MA,as well as after-MA.From reviewing the past related sources,the article illustrates that besides the economic reasons,it would be more important to draw attention on employees' attitudes towards organizational identification as the MA is carrying out in the enterprise,especially in the third procedure,the after-MA.In other words,reconstructing self-organizational identifications of employees is a key to the success of enterprises' MA.关键词
