Abstract
Eleven kinship titles are in the ＂Family Song＂,and the concentrated expression of these titles is the mourning apparel system.Relatives in the system were differentiated in traditional law.Part of its family law on criminal or civil provisions,embodies the ＂Legal Protection between Relatives＂ principle.While in the West,there are many countries within the family and ordinary people embody for the different legal requirements and the trial,but not so cumbersome and fine as in China关键词
