Abstract
All along,there are many statements about the nature of unilateral promises,i.e.,unilateral legal action theory or contract theory.Due to the nature of uncertainty,a certain degree of difficulty results in judicial practice.From the opposite argument,by revealing inadequacies in contract theory and compromise theory,the nature of a unilateral promise is thereby identifying as unilateral act theory.关键词
