Present Water Resource Condition and Sustainable Utilization Measures of the Yellow River Basin
摘要
Abstract
Water resources sustainable utilization is the foundation of the economic society sustainable development and the principle of the water resources management.According to present water environment condition of the Yellow River basin,main problems lying in the water resources utilization,serious water shortage and water pollution were analyzed.On this basis,several suggesting measures were put forward to help realize sustainable utilization of the Yellow River basin water resources.They included： strengthen the ecological environment construction of the Yellow River source region;economize water by pushing comprehensively all kinds of water-saving policies and technologies,and improve water use efficiency;increase the available water supply;intensify the water resources conservation and control water pollution;and dispatch the water resources in the mass,implement strictly total water amount control,establish and improve the river pollution compensatory mechanism,constitute the medium-term and long-term water sustainable utilization programming,improve the correlative laws and regulations,consummate the law-executing institutions,reinforce the unified water resources management of the Yellow River Basin.关键词
