Abstract
LI Min-xiu,who was living in the period of the Republic of China,is a typical representative of the country gentleman groups in the Central Plains and the last neo-Confucian scholar of Henan area.His Social thought mainly includes three aspects： hardship consciousness、relief thought and Enlightenment thought.His hardship consciousness specifically performed dissatisfaction with politics.Relief thought includes two aspects,one is to help the people through personal power,and the other is to help the people through policy.Enlightenment thought influenced by Confucian Philosophy includes advocating frugal、advocating farming and reading and worshipping ancestors.In a word,Li Min-xiu＇s Social thought is radical,and it＇s obsolete too.His Social thought has transitional characters and is inclusive to some extent.The pith and marrow of his Social thought,as advocating the excellent cultural tradition ect,has considerable guiding significance in today＇s society.关键词
