Abstract
Russia＇s ＂Law against corruption and bribery＂,which was newly promulgated,has actively promoted the process of Russia＇s anti-corruption,the Act provides a series of special system to control corruption and bribery.How to strengthen China＇s anti-corruption legislation and get on the way to anti-corruption by rules,Russia＇s experience and practices may give us useful insight.关键词
