摘要
Abstract
The government pay more and more attention to a huge group of migrant workers,and our government stipulated regulations of migrant workers＇ social pension insurance.However,many problems exist in these regulations,such as： low legal hierarchy;long payment period;high payment ratio and the difficulty of transferring migrant workers＇ social pension insurance,which resulted in low rate of attending migrant workers＇ social pension insurance and high quitting rate.On the basis of those imperfect stipulations,I put forward some improving measures and related reform measures.关键词
