摘要
Abstract
Low humanity quality leads to editors＇ value orientation distortion, behavior anomie and bad work effect. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes editors as research subject, and analyses the existent problem and bad effect in editors＇ work. This paper also explores realistic significance and measure to improve editors＇ humanity quality.关键词
