摘要

Abstract

The role of PLC on CNC machine is to complete the sequential control.In the event of the failure,it will seriously affect the production efficiency and extend the downtime.This paper takes the CNC FANUC 0 system for instance,introduces the role of CNC machine tools and the exchange of PLC with external signal,expound the usage of PLC screen operation.On the basis of the usual methods and ideas of PLC fault diagnosis,it also makes case analysis and treatment to CNC FANUC 0 system,and summarizes the announcements of PLC fault diagnosis.
