摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect of ACEI and ARB complicated with dopamine and frusemide in diuretic resistance heart failure. Method: 102 patients with diuretic resistance in heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group ( n = 50) and the control group (n = 52). The observation group were given by ACEI and ARB complicated with dopamine and frusemide, and the control group were treated by general treatment. Result: The total effective rate in the observation group was 84. 0% ,significantly difference to the control group , (46. 2% ) (X2 = 15. 99 ,P＜0.01). There were significantly difference in LVEF.LVEDD after treatment between two groups(P＜0. 05). The volume of urine in the observation group increased more obviously than that of the control group(P＜0.01). Conclusion: ACEI and ARB complicated with dopamine and frusemide to cure the diuretic resistance in patients with heart failure can improve heart function and diuretic resistance.关键词
