Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of ultra-early small bone window craniotomy for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Method: Selected 80 cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from Feb. 2009 to Jan. 2011, They were all treated with ultra-early small bone window craniotomy to remove the hematoma, now the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Result: After 2-3 days, 80 patients underwent head CT scans; The hematoma removing rate of 74 cases was more than 90% ,tissue pressure reset; 6 cases were rebleeding postoperative. Did 0. 3-2 years following-up postoperative, basing on GCS score, 48 cases recovered well, 17 cases were moderate disability, 10 cases were severe disability, 5 cases died, the mortality rate was 6.2%. Conclusion: The treatment of ultra-early small bone window craniotomy for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is complete, incidence of postoperative complications, rebleeding, morbidity and mortality significantly reduced, safe and effective , significantly improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
