老年低位直肠癌保肛手术治疗临床分析

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the characteristics and effects of sphincter -saving resection(SSR) in patients with low rectal carcinoma. Method:From Jan. 2000 to Jan. 2010,103 senile patients( ＞60 years old) with low rectal carcinoma underwent radical operation:sphincter-saving resection( senile SSR group,56 cases)and patients with no-reserve anus operation(47 cases). The complications,local recurrence, and survival rates were analyzed. Result:There was no statistics difference in the partial recurrence rate and survival rates between the two groups ( P＞0. 05 ). The rate of operation complication of reserve anus group was obviously higher than no-reserve anus group ( P＜0. 05). Conclusion: The anus preservation operation can improve the life quality of the aged , shorten the operation complication.关键词
