Abstract
Objective: To investigate the serum of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hyaluronic acid (HA) content changes. Method: 80 cases were measured by radioimmunoassay in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and healthy control group over the same period 20 cases of serum hyaluronic acid levels. Result: The pancreatic tuberculous pleural inflammation, active pulmonary tuberculosis and chronic cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis fiber content of serum HA, respectively (108.6 ± 82.0) ng / ml, (250.3 ± 125. 5) ng / ml and (412.2 ± 201.5) ng / ml was significantly higher than the control group (56.2 ±12.7) ng /ml (P ＜0.05 or P ＜0.01) ; pulmonary tuberculosis stable phase of HA content (70.1 ±24.0) ng / ml and close to the control group, no significant difference between the two groups (P＞ 0.05). Conclusion:TB patients in the HA content is significantly higher than healthy people, the evaluation of changes in serum HA in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in tissue damage, secondary to pulmonary fibrosis has important reference value.关键词
