Clinical Research on 60 Cases Rachical Prostatectomy
目的:探讨前列腺根治术治疗局限性前列腺癌的临床疗效.方法:回顾性分析2000年3月至2009年9月在我院行前列腺癌根治术的患者60例临床资料和随访结果.结果:60例前列腺癌根治手术均获成功.手术时间120-280min,平均190 min；出血量200-700mL,平均410mL.60例患者进行了随访,回访49例(回访率81.7％).以血清PSA＞0.4ng/mL为标准,有13例(26.5％)生化复发.手术后3个月内排尿完全正常者17例(34.7…查看全部>>
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of radical prostatectomy on patients with localized prostate cancer. Method: Analyzed the clinical data and follow-up results of 60 patients undergoing radical prostatectomy in our hospital from Mar. 2000 to Sep. 2009.
