摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the nursing experience of mechanical ventilation treatment for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with type-II respiratary failure. Method:28 cases of COPD with type-II RF received general treatment,at the same time received the mechanial ventilation and nursing, then prognosis was observed and recorded. Result: 24 patients improved , who got rid of breathing machine;2 patients gave up, 2 patients died of multiple organ failure . Conclusion: Effective nursing is very important to ensure the success to treat COPD by mechanical ventilation.关键词
