摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the effect of implementing high quality nursing service in general surgical department. Method: We implemented high quality nursing service since mar. 2010,and conducted a questionnaire survey of patients and assessment for nurses before and after the acticity, then we contrasted the result. Result: After the implementation of " high quality nursing service" , patients' satisfaction and overall quality of nurses were significantly improved. Conclusion: Implementation of " high quality nursing service" can significantly improve patients' satisfaction and overall quality of nurses and reduce the incidence of complications,it's truly "humane" care.关键词
