摘要
Abstract
Objective: To summarize the experience of operative cooperation by laparoscopy for renal cyst unroofing. Method: We selected 18 patients with renal cyst to observe. During the operation, the image of renal cyst was projected on the TV screen by laparoscopic camera system and monitor, and the minimally invasive surgery was made by laparoscopy. Result: All the patients were treated successfully in this operation without referring to open-surgery. Conclusion: We consider the basics to succeed the operation are as follows, pre-operative full preparation for apparatus and instruments, mastering the utility of the instruments during operation, close and orderly cooperation, strict sterile operative technique and inspection during operation.关键词
