血清胱抑素对早期糖尿病肾病诊断价值

Abstract
Objective: To study the value of the serum Cystatin C ( SCysC) in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy. Method; Random selection of 144 patients with early diabetic nephropathy and 91 healthy people were divided into the early diabetic nephropathy group and the health people group ( control group). The level of U-mAlb was detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA) ,SCysC was measured by immuno-turbidimetry (ITM) , Serum creatinine (SCr) was measured by alkaline picric acid method. And the statistic study has been made to evaluate the results. Result;The UAER and SCysC level of the early diabetic nephropathy group were significantly higher than the control group ( P<0. 05 ). There was no significant difference between the early DN group and the control group in terms of SCr ( P>0. 05). The sensitivity of SCysC to diagnose early diabetic nephropathy was 71. 5% , the specificity was 73.0% . But SCr was 55. 6% and 57. 3% respectively. Conclusion; SCysC is a good indicator for the prediction and diagnosis of incipient DN.SCysC have a higher dignostic ability for the diagnosis of Early Diabetic Nephropathy than SCr.关键词
