摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of 16 layer helix CT enhancement scanning in the diagnosis of mediastinal scrofula. Method; Plain and enhanced thoracicoabdominal CT scanning was performed by 16 layer helix CT in 60 cases mediastinal scrofula, who were randomly selected. And scanning parameters included 1.25mm and 10mm. The results were statistically analyzed. Result; 16 layer helix CT can precisely display the details of lesions and greatly promote the positive rate in the imagining diagnosis of me-dianstinal scrofula. Conclusion; 16 layer helix CT, characterized by high speed scanning and high spatial resolution, is of great value in the imagining diagnosis of mediastinal scrofula.关键词
