摘要

Abstract

Objective: To study the effects of early enteral nutrition on immunologic function after operation in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Method: 48 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. We gave them nutrition support with EN and PN. And then observed and compared the immune function before and after the treatment, and the rate of infection after surgery. Result: There were no significant difference in T lymphocyte subsets ( CD3+ , CD4+ , CD8+, CD4V CD8+ ) and immunoglobulin ( IgG, IgM, IgA ) levels between the two groups before operation ( P> 0. 05 ); After treatment the levels of them in the control group had no significant change ( P> 0. 05 ), but in the observation group were significantly improved( P <0. 05 ), and that compared with the control group there was a significantly different(P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition can improve the immunologic function after operation in patients with gastrointestinal cancer, and can decrease the infection rate.
