Abstract
Objective: To discuss the methods and effect of sevoflurane on neuromuscular blockade of rocuronium of anaesthesia patients in the department of otorhinolaryngology. Method: Randomly selected 82 anaesthesia patients treated recently in the department of otorhinolaryngology, who were divided into two groups, 44 cases in the experiment group received the inhalation anaesthesia of sevoflurane and 38 cases in the control group received the intravenous anaesthesia of propofol. After the anaesthesia was stable, injected 0. 6mg/kg of rocuronium and compared the anaesthesia effect and different time indicators and adverse reactions of patients in two groups. Result: The total effective rate of anaesthesia on patients in the experiment group was 95.4% , higher than that of 81. 6% in the control group ( P<0. 05 ); the onset time, complete recovery time, the appearance of T2-T4 and the recovery time of TOFr in the experiment group were all better than those in the control group ( P<0. 05 ); the incidence of adverse reactions in the experiment group was 9. 1% , lower than the one of 21. 1% in the control group ( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion: Sevoflurane can extend the neuromuscular blockade of rocuronium, optimize the operation time and reduce the adverse reactions on patients in the department of otorhinolaryngology.关键词
