Abstract
Objective: To study neuromuscular electrical stimulation training in treatment of swallowing function with swallowing dysfunction after stroke. Method: Randomly selected admitted to hospital on 80 patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke were randomly divided into two groups, control groups received swallowing function training, the experimental group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined. Follow-up 1-3 months, comparison of clinical efficacy and poor prognosis. Result: Compared in two groups, and that 4th week after treatment all patients treated with total effective rate was higher than the 1 th week ( P<0. 05 ); Between the two groups compared, experimental group total effective rate in patients with treatment of week 4th to 97. 5% , up from 77. 5% in the control group, while the poor prognosis and incidence is lower than the control group ( p <0. 05 ). Conclusion: Application of neuromuscular electric stimu-lation combined with deglutition training for swallowing dysfunction after stroke can significantly improve patient outcomes, reducing the poor prognosis of occurrence in the short and long term.关键词
