老年人上消化道出血283例分析

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical features of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in aged patient. Method: 283 aged patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and 215 non-elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were collected from Feb. 2006 to Nov. 2010 in our hospital. To compare the clinical features, the hemorrhage reason and the prognosis in the two groups. Result: ①The sickness rate of gastric ulcer and gastric cancer and acute gastric mucosal lesion in the aged group was significantly higher compared with the non-elderly group. The sickness rate of duodenal ulcer in the aged group was significantly lower compared with the non-elderly group ( P <0. 05 );②The incidence of dizziness fatigue and shock and anemia in the aged group was significantly higher compared with the non-elderly group. The incidence of upper abdominal pain in the aged group was significantly lower compared with the non-elderly group ( P <0. 05 );③The mortality in the aged group was significantly higher compared with the non-elderly group( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: The cause, clinical feature and prognosis of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the aged patients were significantly different from the on-elderly patients. It has great value in preventing the progression of disease and reduces mortality if we can find and intervene early.关键词
