摘要

Abstract

In this paper, nitrile rubber latex was hydrogenated using selenium as catalyst and redox initiation system of hydrazine and hydrogen peroxide in normal temperature and pressure. Influence of amount of hydrazine, selenium, hydrogen peroxide,gel inhibitor and reaction temperature and time were studied by uniform design. The hydrogenated products were characterized by infrared spectrum. The results show that hydrogenated Nitrile-butadiene Rubber of 90% hydrogenation degree was obtained in appropriate reaction conditions.
