摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the silicone encapsulation materials were prepared by taking polysiloxane as the main raw material. The heat-resistance and weathering-resistance were investigated by means of xenon lamp and hot air artificial accelerated aging. The results show that light transmittance of BQ-4150 and BQ-4265 prepared as silicone encapsulation materials are both about 92%. The BQ-4150 and BQ-4265 own excellent heat-resistance and apply to power Light Emitting Diode ( LED) encapsulation. In comparison, the weathering-resistance of BQ-4265 is better than BQ-4150 and more suitable for outdoor.
