功率型LED有机硅封装材料的耐老化性能研究
Research on Aging Resistance of Power LED Silicone Encapsulation Materials

Abstract
In this paper, the silicone encapsulation materials were prepared by taking polysiloxane as the main raw material. The heat-resistance and weathering-resistance were investigated by means of xenon lamp and hot air artificial accelerated aging. The results show that light transmittance of BQ-4150 and BQ-4265 prepared as silicone encapsulation materials are both about 92%. The BQ-4150 and BQ-4265 own excellent heat-resistance and apply to power Light Emitting Diode ( LED) encapsulation. In comparison, the weathering-resistance of BQ-4265 is better than BQ-4150 and more suitable for outdoor.关键词
