Abstract
This paper outlined the background of the phenomena ＇old tree entering into city＇ and summarized its drawbacks and harms firstly. Then the reasons why the phenomena can not be stopped are analyzed, the multiple measures and comprehensive management ＇source and destination control, circulation supervision＇ are proposed accordingly.关键词
