R&D investment, patent application quantity and independent innovation ability of chinese enterprises
摘要
Abstract
In conducting a study on the independent innovation ability of enterprises, it is necessary to explore and analyze the factors - both obvious elements and underlying reasons - which have an impact on those enterprises. Patent application is a crucial factor of independent enterprise innovation capability. In this paper, using econometric methods, regression and correlation analysis were performed on the factors that affect patent application quantity, and the results suggest that R&D investment, the number of scientific research personnel, and the number of R&D institutions have a significant impact on the patent application quantity of enterprises, and then on the basis of the empirical study and considering the present situation of patent transformation of Chinese enterprises, a proposal of policy was given. This study can be referenced by both government agencies and other enterprises to develop various industrial innovation policies for different types of industries.关键词
