摘要
Abstract
1-（2-（Dimethylamino）ethyl）-1,2-dihydrotetrazole-5-thione（DMMT） is a key intermediate compound for Cefoti-am.It was obtained by having a addition reaction with N,N-dimethylethane-1,2-diamine and CS 2,then reacting with NaN 3 directly in the condition of no the sulfhydryl group protection.The total yields reached 75.4%.The optimum reaction con-ditions was found in the experiment.关键词
