Abstract
To study the expression of T lymphoma invasion and metastasis inducing factor l( Tiaml ) in renal clear carcinoma, and its significance. Methods: The expressions of Tiaml protein and Tiaml mRNA in 10 normal renal cases and 68 renal carcinoma cases were detected by immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization. Results: The expressions of Tiaml protein and mRNA in 10 normal renal tissue were negative. The positive rates of Tiaml protein and mRNA expression in renal clear carcinoma tissue were 63. 2% ( 43/68 )and 54. 4% ( 37/68 ), and there was statistical significance (Pprotein <0.001;PmRNA =0.001 ),which were related with clinical stages(X2roteill = 15. 308,P <0. 001 ;CX2RNA =10.329,P = 0.001 ),lymph node metastasis(X2rotein =5. 620,P = 0. 018;X2RNA = 9. 379,P = 0. 002 ) and distant metastasis(X2rotein = 6. 654,P=0.010;X2RNA =4. 148,P = 0.042). But not related with tumor size( X2plxltein =0. 651 ,P = 0. 420;X2RNA =0.005, P =0. 941 ). Conclusion: Detection of Tiaml may help to predict the prognosis of renal clear carcinoma.关键词
