马铃薯对甘露醇诱导静脉炎模型兔血清IL-6水平及局部VEGF表达的影响
Effect of potato external application on serum IL-6 level and VEGF expression in local tissue of rabbit with phlebitis induced by mannitol

Abstract
Aim:To observe the effect of potato external applying on phlebitis caused by mannitol in rabbits. Methods: A total of 25 healthy large-eared Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into five groups: negative group, model group, magnesium sulfate group, potato slice and potato paste group. The expression of VEGF in local tissue and serum IL-6 were detected by immunohistochemical SABC method and ABC-ELISA, respectively. Results: There were significant differences in serum level of IL-6 and the expression of VEGF among the 5 groups( F = 50. 662,37.307 ,P < 0.001 ). They were higher in model group than in negative group( P<0.05 ),and they were lower in the 3 other groups than in model group,especially in potato paste group( P <0.05 ),but still higher than those in negative group( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion: Potatoes compress is effective in prevention and treatment of phlebitis induced by mannitol,and the effect of potato paste is superior to potato slice.关键词
