H2O2和ABA对干旱高温复合胁迫诱导的玉米叶片抗氧化防护基因表达的影响
Influence of H2O2 and ABA on antioxidant defense gene expression of maize seedlings leaves under the combination of drought and heat stress
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine the influences of H2O2 and ABA on antioxidant defense system in-duced by the combination of drought and heat stress in maize ( Zea mays L. ) seedlings leaves, the ABA-deficient maize vp5 mutant and its wild-type Vp5 were used in these studies. After pretreatment with H2O2 scavenger KI,ABA inhibitor tungstate (T) , the expression of four antioxidant defense gene SODA, GR1, CAT1 and cAPX were measured. The results were as follows; (1) compared with con-trol, drought, heat and their combination stress all induced the gene expressions of SODA, GR1 ,CAT1 and cAPX, but except CATl , the increase induced by combined stress, then heat stress; (2) the pre-treatment with KI and T significantly inhibited the genes expression of four enzymes induced by drought, heat and their combination stress; (3) compared with vp5 maize plant that without 100 (xmol ABA pretreatment, ABA pretreatment significantly increased the four antioxidant defense gene expres-sions induced by drought, heat and their combination stress. These results suggeste that H2O2 and ABA participated in antioxidant defense genes expression in maize leaves exposed to the combination of drought and heat stress, which suggests that H2O2 and ABA might be important regulatory factors ofsystem induced by the combination of drought and heat stress.关键词
