人参皂苷Rg3抗肝癌作用机制的研究进展
Research Progress on Anti - hepatoma Mechanisms of Ginsenoside Rg3
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the condition of ginsenoside Rg3 in anti - hepatoma mechanisms. Methods: To collect and analyze the published data of ginsenoside Rg3 on the study of anti - hepatoma mechanisms. Results: Cinsenoside Rg3 is a metamer which is extracted from the traditional chinese herb ginseng. It can induce the apoptosis of liver cancer cells, inhibit the proliferation, invasion, metastasis and formation of new blood vessels,reverse the multidrug resistance of liver cancer cells. Further more,the combination of Rg3 and chemotherapeutic agents can reduce the toxicity and increase therapeutic effects. Conclusion: Cinsenoside Rg3 has anti - hepatoma effects,but the main effect pathways and related targets are not yet clear. It needs to be further researched and explored.关键词
