原发性支气管肺癌中医证型和用药规律分析
Analysis on Syndrome Types and Formula Application in Primary Bronchogenic Carcinoma of Lungr in Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective: The literatures on the treatment of primary bronchogenic carcinoma of lung with Chinese medicine were collected from CNKI dated in the range from June 1980 to December 2010. The types of syndromes and the characteristics of herbal formulas were summarized through frequency analysis so as to probe into the laws of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease in Chinese medicine. Methods; The syndromes types, formulas and drugs were satisfied and classified to observe the frequency and percentage of every drug and syndrome type. Results:There are 16 syndrome types in primary bronchogenic carcinoma of lung,in which deficiency of both the vital energy and yin, qi stagnation and blood stasis, pulmonosplenic asthenia, phlegm - heat obstructing in the lung were common syndromes,occupying 63.6%. 295 kinds of herbal medicines was applied and classified into 45 sorts and further combined into 19 types,in which the tonic,heat - clearing medicines and were occupied 67. 1%. The tonics were used as the first choice for reinforcing qi,blood and yin. Heat-clearing medicine was second. Besides,activating blood circulation was applied commonly. Conclusion:The a-nalysis on the types of syndromes and the characteristics of formulas and drugs for primary bronchogenic carcinoma of lung in Chinese medicine provide the references for the syndrome differentiation and treatment at present, primary bronchogenic carcinoma of lung should be differentiated in multiple dimensions,especially more attention should be paid to the differentiation of syndrome types,deficiency excess complex syndrome and choice of herbal formulas.关键词
