摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the advancement of Chinese and western medicine on acute lung injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome. Methods;To discuss the different treatment principle and method of ALI/ARDS from western medicine and traditional Chinese Medicine. Results:The western medicine cure the primary disease and prevent its development. According to the pathogenesis of oxygen to correct,early detection and timely treatment is very important;It reflects the feature of lung bowel related from the view of lung and bowels together by TCM treatment. It can reduce the lung injury by removing the harmful toxins from the intestinal. Conclusion;Traditional Chinese combined with western medicine has good curative effect in the treatment of acute lung injury and acute respiratory distress syndrome.关键词
