田玉美教授辨治皮肤病的临床经验
Introduction of Professor Tian Yumei' s Clinical Experience in Treating Skin Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:This article discussed Professor Tian s clinical experience on treatment of skin disease. Methods; We unfolded the discussion from three aspects:Professor Tian's overall thinking,common methods adopted and treatment features when dealing with typical cases. Some typical cases were also analyzed and summarized. Results: Professor Tian emphasized the importance in diagnosis and dialectical thinking. His common therapies included clearing away heat,detoxification,dampness removal,dispelling wind,arresting itching, blood activation to unblock collaterals and so on. Reinforcing method was highly valued and often used in hard diseases treatment. Conclusion: Professor Tian holds the idea that in order to obtain good clinical efficiency, treatments shall cover the fundamental and secondary factors simultaneously. Internal and external treatment together,combined with flexible thinking is also necessary.关键词
