高效液相-蒸发光散射检测法测定黄芪药材中黄芪甲苷含量
Determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Astragalus by HPLC - ELSD
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To determine astragaloside IV in Astragalus by HPLC - ELSD. Methods:HPLC - ELSD was used in the quantitative analysis of astragaloside Ⅳ in the sample. The separation was performed on Venusil XBP C18 column (25.0 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm, Agela Technologies) column with amixture of acetonitrile - water(32 : 68) asmobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL ? Min-1. The temperature of drift tube formeasurement was 60 ℃,. Results: The standard curve was linear in the range of 1.402 8 ~ 7.064 0 μg for astragaloside Ⅳ(r =0.999,n =5). The average recovery was 99.3%. Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable and good. It may be used for the quality control of astragali.关键词
