冬凌草中冬凌草甲素的提取工艺研究
Study on Method for Extracting Oridonin in Rabdosia Rubescens
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To optimize the ethanol -extractive process for Rabdosia rubescens. Methods;The orthogonal experiment was used as an index to determine the optimal conditions including the ethanol concentraction,amount of ethanol,extracting time and extracting times with the content of oridonin. Results;The Optimal condition was adding eight times amount of 85% ethanol and extraction for three times,one hour once. Conclusion;The extraction technology provide scientific basis for industrial process.关键词
