The Recent Development of Combined Therapy of Cnese and Western Medicine on IgA Nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective;To discuss the recent development of treatment and nursing of IgA nephropathy. Methods;Combined with Western and Chinese medicines research and clinical literature search,sorted and concluded. Results:The western treatment usually adopts the hormone and immunosuppressant during the cure process. The Dispersing wind pathogen,clearing away inside heat and reinforcing the spleen and kidney are the main therapeutic principle in the Chinese Medical treatment. The western medical treatment can effectively remit the clinical symptoms, delay the occurrence and development of renal insufficiency. The Chinese medical treatment based on syndrome differentiation can prevent and cure the related complication caused by the IgA nephropathy. The side effects caused by the western treatments can also be reduced effectively. Conclusion:The combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine apply to the IgA nephropathy treatment can enhance the curative effect to the greatest extent possible.关键词
