Abstract
Objective;To observe the clinical research of transient ischemic attack treatment by zhuyu huatan qingmai tang. Methods: 110 patients with transient ischemic attack were randomly (with random digital table method, according to the doctors' office visiting order) divided into two groups. 50 cases in control group received oral aspirin 100 mg ? D"1 and 5% glucose (diabetes patients use physiological saline) 250 mL with mai luo ning needle 20 mL by intravenous drip once a day. 60 cases in treatment group received zhu yu hua tan qing mai tang 200 mL ? D-1 for two times a day based on the same method of control group. All patients are given low salt, low fat diet while avoiding alcohol and smoking. Both are given pressure release,reducing blood fat and low sugar treatment aiming at causes for 14 days as one course. Results:The effective rate of 50 cases in control group is 88.00% ,25 cases is basic recovery,powerfully in 13,effective in 6 and not in 6. The effective rate of 60 cases in treatment group is 98.33% ,32 cases is basic recovery ,21 cases were markedly improved,effective in 6 and not in 1. The efficient comparison of two groups has significant differences (χ2 =4. 887,P =0. 027). Conclusion: zhuyu huatan qingmai tang has satisfactory curative effect in the treatment of transient ischemic attack.关键词
