Abstract
In this article,it briefly introduced the characteristics and application of industry field bus PROFIBUS-DP system,emphatically introduced that some units taking S7 - 400 CPU as the most important control device,using PROFIBUS-DP field bus technology realized communication between MM440 frequency converter,master operating station and S7-400 Siemens PLC.and the system components,bus connection and program design were separately expatiated. The PROFIBUS-DP field bus system possesses several advantages,such as simple structure,much information,high realiability.low maintenance cost and etc.,and its application effect is good,so it is worthy of to be promoted in welded pipe production line.关键词
