摘要

Abstract

Considering component super-cooling, curvature super-cooling and the anisotropy of interfacial energy based on solute diffusion and interfacial energy theory, it adopted cellular automaton method to simulate equiaxial crystal growth during the solidification course in welding pool. In simulation, the solute transmission was calculated in liquid phase, at the same time, the effect of the solid fraction evolution on the solute transmission was considered . The effect of dendrite morphology and composition segregation at ideal state, different super-cooling degree and the applied disturbance were discussed . The simulation results reproduced dendrite growth, interfacial disturbance and the competition evolution of branch. All these are consistent with the theory .
