Abstract
The CO2 corrosion behavior of corrosion resistant alloy liner pipe welded joint was studied by high temperature high pressure autoclave in the simulated CO2 environment. The results indicated that the corrosion product film become thicker and thicker with corrosion temperature increasing, when the temperature is at 120 ℃, the corrosion product film tend to craze, so the corrosion rate firstly decrease and then increase with temperature increasing. The corrosion product maybe is mixture of FeCO3 and Cr2O3 according to the EDS analysis results. After removing the corrosion product film, the surface of the welded joint was uniform and bright, no local or pitting corrosion character was observed. Hence, the corrosion type was uniform corrosion.关键词
